Say I've made a call to India for 60 mins. How am I charged?

It's very simple. For the first 15 mins of your call, you will be charged 4.95 cents per minute. For the rest of the duration, in this case 45 mins, you will be charged only US 2.95 cents per min. So speak for as long as you want for merely 2.95 cents per min after the first 15 mins..

I see two rates when I check the rates. What does that mean?

It's very simple. For the first 15 mins of your call, you are charged the regular rate and for the rest of the duration, you are charged the special rate. So speak for as long as you want after the first 15 mins and enjoy the special unbeatable rates.

What if my call drops after 15 mins while I was enjoying the special rates?

In that case, if you make a call again within 5 mins of the dropped call, you will only be charged the same special rate and will not be subjected to 15 mins of regular rate. It's our way of showing our commitment to our customers.
