I left a voicemail but it was never delivered. Why?

TringMe has an intelligent signal-processing algorithm to determine if the voicemail was merely a noise or it was too small to be meaningful (less than three seconds). In either of these cases, your voicemail will discarded.

Do I need to be online to receive calls or voicemails?

Absolutely not - just provide your phone number and TringMe will notify you appropriately. It works with any phone, including your cell phone and landline phones. You can also receive call on your Gtalk account.

What happens when I am not available on phone or Gtalk?

You will never lose your voicemail. In case you are not available on you phone or Gtalk, TringMe delivers instruction to retrieve voicemail to your email address. Your voicemail will be available for you for 48 hours after receiving the call.
